Ingredients
1 medium sized onion finely chopped
1 medium sized apple finely chopped
2 tbsp Rajah® Tikka Curry Paste
½ jar mango chutney
1 packet Philadelphia Cream Cheese
Salt & pepper
½ chilli pepper finely chopped (optional)
200g galletti or cocktail crackers
Method
- If you’re intending to use chilli with this dip, start by frying it in some vegetable oil, then add the onion. Season with salt and pepper.
- After about 5 minutes add the apple and the curry paste. Keep frying for another 5 minutes. Set aside until completely cool.
- Mix the Cream Cheese and the chutney in a bowl, then add the onion and apple mixture and keep mixing. Put in the fridge.
- Serve cold with galletti.
