Curry Dip

Ingredients

1 medium sized onion finely chopped

1 medium sized apple finely chopped

2 tbsp Rajah® Tikka Curry Paste

½ jar mango chutney

1 packet Philadelphia Cream Cheese

Salt & pepper

½ chilli pepper finely chopped (optional)

200g galletti or cocktail crackers

Method

  1. If you’re intending to use chilli with this dip, start by frying it in some vegetable oil, then add the onion. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. After about 5 minutes add the apple and the curry paste. Keep frying for another 5 minutes. Set aside until completely cool.
  3. Mix the Cream Cheese and the chutney in a bowl, then add the onion and apple mixture and keep mixing. Put in the fridge.
  4. Serve cold with galletti.
